HOMESCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION ACADEMY
WE TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
outdoor physical education
Homeschool parents—this program was created with your family in mind.
The Yah Nation Homeschool PE Academy is a 70-minute outdoor physical education class designed to get homeschool students moving, learning, and developing in a fun, structured environment.
This is not position-specific sports training. Instead, each class features a variety of physical education activities that help children build healthy bodies, active minds, and lifelong movement skills.
Students will participate in activities that may include:
-
Running, jumping, and coordination
-
Agility and movement challenges
-
Strength & conditioning
-
Balance and body control
-
Speed, reaction, and change of direction
-
Team games and cooperative activities
-
Outdoor fitness and physical education challenges
Every class is designed to improve confidence, discipline, athleticism, and overall physical wellness while keeping students active, engaged, and having fun.
Many homeschool students spend much of their day indoors. Our Homeschool PE Academy provides a healthy opportunity to get outside, exercise, socialize, and enjoy structured physical activity in a positive environment.
A Morning Built for Homeschool Families
While your child is developing physically, mentally, and socially, you'll have a dependable 70-minute window to run errands, attend appointments, work remotely, or simply enjoy a little extra time in your morning knowing your child is active, supervised, and learning.
Whether your child plays sports or not, movement is essential. Our goal is to help every student build confidence, improve physical literacy, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

🛡 Our Core Values: F.I.G.H.T.
F – Faith
I – Integrity
G – Grind
H – Health
T – Truth
We train to dominate, not to be mediocre. Every rep builds strength, focus, and confidence that lasts far beyond the field.
