SMALL PRIVATE GROUP PROGRAM
WE TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
FLAG & TACKLE FOOTBALL
We teach both versions of the game because flag and tackle football share similarities, but also have key differences.
To properly develop athletes, private groups are separated so each athlete receives focused, position-specific training in the right environment.
👉 Parents must select ONE program at signup:
-

-
Tackle Football Private Group

TACKLE FOOTBALL PRIVATE GROUP
Designed for athletes who play tackle football and are ready to develop the physical and mental demands of the game.
FOCUS AREAS
-
Proper tackling and blocking technique
-
Speed, aggression, and football IQ
-
Position-specific development
Athletes are coached on how to play their position correctly — from running backs learning handoffs and gap numbers, to linebackers reading and reacting to secure tackles.
All drills are intentional and built to translate directly to practice and game situations.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Tackle athletes must provide their own equipment:
-
Helmet
-
Shoulder pads
-
Football pants with pads
Athletes without proper equipment will not be permitted to participate.

ATHLETE PLACEMENT & SELECTION
Athletes are strategically placed in groups where they can succeed.
For example, a wide receiver will not be placed in a lineman-focused group.
Our Small Private Groups move at a faster pace and require athletes to read, react, and apply coaching quickly.
Participation in programs like Yah Nation Sundays helps athletes gain confidence and understand our coaching style before entering a smaller group setting.
This ensures athletes enter private groups prepared, confident, and ready to grow.
