The Toddler Program is built only for ages 2-5 future athletes. This program is designed for our youngest future athletes who are just beginning to learn how to move, listen, and play in a group setting. Yes. The Yah Nation Toddler program (Ages 2-5) is a safe space both physically and emotionally. This is not an intense training program. It's a fun, structured introduction to movement and football basics. Toddlers are allowed to make mistakes, learn at their own pace, and build confidence through encouragement- not pressure.

This program emphasizes: • Motor Skill Development • Hand-eye coordination • Balance and agility • Listening and direction-following skills • Social interaction • Confidence development Early exposure helps ensure that when toddlers are ready for organized flag or tackle football, they feel comfortable, confident, and excited to participate.

Parents are encouraged to remain present and supportive during sessions. It is developmentally normal for toddlers to: • Cry during early session • Run toward parents • Experience separation challenges Consistency helps build comfort and independence. Over time, most children adjust and gain confidence. Parents may participate when appropriate; however, coaches will maintain structure and leadership throughout each session.
