Service Description

The Yah Nation OL/DL Skills Academy is a 4-week development program for tackle football athletes who play Offensive Line and Defensive Line. At the youth level, many linemen play both sides of the football, so we teach athletes the fundamentals needed to understand and compete at OL and DL. Athletes will develop: Stance & starts Footwork & body positioning Hand placement & hand fighting Leverage & pad level Drive blocking Block recognition & block destruction Gap responsibility Shedding blocks & pursuit Balance, body control & physicality Helmet & shoulder pads are required. Pads allow athletes to learn proper leverage, hand placement, body positioning, contact preparation, and how to safely use their equipment. Pads do not mean live tackling every session. PROGRAM DETAILS 70-minute sessions • 1 day per week • 4 consecutive weeks CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT OPTION Recurring 4-Week Membership — $200 Automatically renews every 4 weeks/monthly so your athlete can continue training without having to purchase another plan each cycle. One-Time 4-Week Package — $200 One payment covers the athlete’s 4-week training block. Does not automatically renew. A new package must be purchased to continue after the 4th session. Both options provide the same OL/DL Skills Academy training — families are simply choosing how they prefer to pay and continue their athlete’s enrollment. Learn the technique. Win the trenches. Control the line of scrimmage.
