Sunday Session Registration Form

No Sundays Like Yah Nation Sundays! Join us every Sunday as we elevate young athletes in the game of football! At Yah Nation Athletics, we focus on developing youth players (ages 4-14) by building their football IQ, skills, and confidence. Our experienced coaches teach offensive and defensive techniques, agility, discipline, and the mindset needed to excel on the field. Join the Yah Nation family today and get your child ready for tackle football and beyond! Sunday Sessions are $35 per athlete.

Sunday Session Policy

Emergency Protocol Acknowledgement:

Parents acknowledge that they will be on-site and available in case of emergency.The coach is not expected to provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid and will contact emergency services if necessary.


Training Environment:

Our priority is providing a safe, respectful, and effective training experience. While parent feedback is always welcome, day-to-day training methods, attire, and coaching structure are at the sole discretion of Yah Nation Athletics and its staff.


Boundaries and Respect:

Families are asked to respect the coaching process and environment. Any concerns should be directed to the Administrative Coordinator, not addressed directly with the coach during or immediately after a session.

 

All complaints or concerns must be submitted directly to the Administrative Coordinator.

You may submit a complaint via email or by scheduling a meeting with the Administrative Coordinator.


You will receive a response within 48 business hours, and a resolution or update within 5–7 business days.


All concerns will be handled with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.Disrespectful conduct toward staff, coaches, or other families will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from the program.


To support a focused and professional training environment, coaches are not permitted to handle complaints or make operational decisions. All concerns must go to the Administrative Coordinator.


Communication with coaches should be limited to training-related matters during designated training hours only.


Personal messaging (calls, texts, social media DMs) about business matters is not allowed.


We ask that all interactions with coaching staff remain respectful and within professional boundaries.


Payment Policy

Starting June 1st, we will no longer accept  Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay for Sunday sessions. Payment is required at the time of booking or at check-in.


All payments must be made either:

Through Zelle to Yah Nation Worldwide Inc ynworldwideinc@gmail.com,At the time of registration or Tap to pay at check in.


When sending Zelle payments, please include your athlete’s name and date of birth in the memo line to ensure proper credit.


$10 additional fee will apply for drop-ins (sign-ups after 10:00 AM).

All payments are non-refundable and apply only to the session selected.

Athletes will not be allowed to participate until payment is made.


These updates will help us stay organized, better prepare for the number of athletes attending, and support the continued growth and operations of our program.

Water Breaks Policy

At Yah Nation Athletics, athlete safety and hydration are top priorities. Water breaks are scheduled regularly throughout all training sessions to ensure athletes remain hydrated and perform at their best.


Structured Breaks: Coaches will initiate water breaks every 15–20 minutes or as needed based on heat and intensity.


Water Access: Athletes are encouraged to bring their own labeled water bottles. Yah Nation also provides water and refill stations at training locations.


Hot Weather Protocol: During high temperatures, coaches may increase the frequency of water breaks and allow additional rest time.


Respect for All Athletes: Athletes are encouraged to take water breaks seriously. 


If your athlete has specific hydration needs or a medical condition that requires more frequent breaks, please notify our staff in advance.
