Emergency Protocol Acknowledgement:
Parents acknowledge that they will be on-site and available in case of emergency.The coach is not expected to provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid and will contact emergency services if necessary.
Training Environment:
Our priority is providing a safe, respectful, and effective training experience. While parent feedback is always welcome, day-to-day training methods, attire, and coaching structure are at the sole discretion of Yah Nation Athletics and its staff.
Boundaries and Respect:
Families are asked to respect the coaching process and environment. Any concerns should be directed to the Administrative Coordinator, not addressed directly with the coach during or immediately after a session.
All complaints or concerns must be submitted directly to the Administrative Coordinator.

You may submit a complaint via email or by scheduling a meeting with the Administrative Coordinator.
You will receive a response within 48 business hours, and a resolution or update within 5–7 business days.
All concerns will be handled with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.Disrespectful conduct toward staff, coaches, or other families will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from the program.
To support a focused and professional training environment, coaches are not permitted to handle complaints or make operational decisions. All concerns must go to the Administrative Coordinator.
Communication with coaches should be limited to training-related matters during designated training hours only.
Personal messaging (calls, texts, social media DMs) about business matters is not allowed.
We ask that all interactions with coaching staff remain respectful and within professional boundaries.
