Wake Em Up Program "Pain N Pressure"
Aggression & Mentality
Service Description
Yah Nation Aggression & Mentality Academy – Wake ’Em Up develops the physical and mental aggression athletes need to compete with confidence, toughness, effort, and urgency. Training focuses on controlled aggression, physicality, competitive effort, confidence, discipline, toughness, and learning how to respond when challenged. This is not a football skills or scheme-based academy. We are not focused on teaching plays, routes, offensive or defensive schemes, or position-specific training. The focus is exactly what the name says—AGGRESSION & MENTALITY. Enrollment Information Athletes attend one training session per week and can choose a 2-Session or 4-Session Training Package. Each session provides new challenges designed to progressively develop an athlete’s aggression, mentality, confidence, and willingness to compete. Parents have two enrollment options: • 2-Session Package – $70 Includes 2 consecutive weekly training sessions. One-time purchase and does not automatically renew. • 4-Session Package – $140 (Recommended) Includes 4 consecutive weekly training sessions for athletes who need more consistency, repetition, and opportunities to develop their aggression and mentality. One-time purchase and does not automatically renew. After completing a package, families can purchase another package to continue their athlete’s development. Pads Required Football pads are required for this academy. Athletes may not be in pads for the entire session or every drill, but certain portions of training will include pads and controlled football contact. We need the ability to challenge and evaluate an athlete’s aggression when the pads come on. Our goal is simple: WAKE ’EM UP. Develop the mentality. Build the confidence. Bring out the DAWG.
